Darin Partners completes on its first office acquisition of 2021 in Stockley Park.
Darin Partners are delighted to have completed the acquisition of 5 The Square, Stockley Park, a refurbished 70,100 sq. ft. multi-let office building located on a leading office park, close to Heathrow Airport. Acting on behalf of a client, the acquisition was completed in cash and closed in a tight timeline. 5 The Square was comprehensively refurbished in 2016 by M&G Real Estate and is let to a strong set of internationally recognised tenants including Canon, Samsonite and Mitsubishi.
