Tareq is a global investor and entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience in real estate, alternative investments, and strategic advisory. He is known for building trusted relationships with leading family offices and driving cross-border investments across the GCC, UK, US, and Levant. He is the founder of Darin Partners and a Partner at Flybridge Capital (New York & Boston), and has led major investments in real estate, technology, and sports. Tareq advises firms such as Arcapita Bank, Zouk Capital, Withers Worldwide, Watar Partners, and Lakestar. He also serves as the Personal Advisor to the Chairman of SEDCO Holding. Previously, he was at Arcapita Bank and served on the board of Sheffield United FC, contributing to its promotion to the English Premier League from League 1. Tareq holds degrees from the University of Georgia and London Business School, and is an alumnus of INSEAD and Harvard Business School.

Magdalena is a highly experienced property investor, developer, and strategic operator with over 20 years in the UK real estate market and more than £1 billion in executed acquisitions. Her expertise spans residential, mixed-use, and commercial-to-residential development, with a strong focus on design-led, highyield projects. She began her UK career at Nice Group, where she led the end-to-end development of over 1,000 units. In 2009, she founded Inspired Asset Management and Inspired Construction, delivering large-scale urban regeneration schemes across the UK. Her portfolio includes standout projects such as Green Dragon House, Croydon (£32.5M GDV, 62.7% margin), Fabrick, Manchester (£28.7M GDV), and Sutton Court Road, Sutton (£25.0M GDV). Magdalena brings deep operational experience across deal structuring, planning, SPVs, construction oversight, and lettings. She also manages a personal £10M+ rental portfolio delivering >9% gross yields and sub-90-day turnarounds. Known for blending entrepreneurial drive with executional rigour, she holds a Master’s in Economics from the University of Economics in Poznań.

John is a highly regarded real estate development and investment professional with over 30 years of experience across the UK and US commercial and residential sectors. With a total project GDV exceeding £2 billion, he brings deep expertise in acquisitions, planning, design, and delivery — from offices and ultra-prime homes to largescale regeneration and masterplanned communities. John is a British-qualified Civil Engineer and holds an MBA with a real estate focus from Columbia Business School. His career spans senior roles at Arup, The Related Companies, Grosvenor, and Realstar. His diverse project experience includes offices, hotels, student housing, mixed-use estates, and urban residential blocks — many in highly constrained or heritage sensitive environments. With hands-on knowledge from feasibility through construction, John is known for combining technical precision with strategic vision. At Darin Partners, John leads sourcing, underwriting, and delivery strategy, identifying off-market opportunities and driving high-value development across office and mixed-use asset classes.
