The landlord Cat B refurbishment was successfully completed to a tight programme allowing the lease to complete within 3 months of the floor becoming vacant. This demonstrates the strong occupational demand for core Cat B fitted offices. Delivery to this tight timescale was only possible with the support of an excellent team including, Jack Collishaw at CBRE Project Management, contractor Think Inside and the legal team at Shoosmiths.
