David Bell qualified as a chartered surveyor and has over 20 years' experience in the UK & European real estate market. Most recently David worked at Evans Randall with a combined role of sourcing investment opportunities, bringing in co-investment, supervising execution and managing these transactions through the investment cycle. Prior to this David spent 8 years at Nelson Bakewell, acting for private and institutional clients, where he managed a UK portfolio in excess of £1 billion with a combined role of investment, asset management and valuation.

Tareq Hawasli has over 20 years' experience in real estate in the GCC, USA, and UK. Before co-founding Darin Partners, he was an Executive Director at Evans Randall where he spearheaded the firm’s business development efforts from the GCC until 2014. Prior to that, Tareq was with Arcapita Bank. Tareq also served on the board of Sheffield United Football Club until 2019, a position he had held since April 2016. He has a BBA in International Business from the University of Georgia, is an alumnus of INSEAD & Harvard Business School and holds a Masters in Business from London Business School.

Joanna Hunt is a chartered accountant with over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry. Before joining Darin Partners in 2018, Joanna was Group Financial Controller of Hansteen Plc, a FTSE 250 REIT. Prior to this Joanna held senior finance positions at Commercial Estates Group and Westfield Plc. Joanna qualified with Deloitte, where she spent 8 years within the London and Sydney offices.

Will Underwood is an experienced surveyor in the UK real estate market. Prior to joining Darin Partners in 2023, Will performed asset management roles at the Masonic Charitable Foundation and NHS Property Services. Will holds an MSc in real estate from Oxford Brookes University.

Alex Housego is an experienced real estate analyst and investment consultant with advanced modelling skills. He holds an MSc in real estate from the University of Reading and most recently worked in both the Corporate Finance and Transaction teams at AXA Real Estate Investment Management. Alex has extensive experience in modelling highly complex real estate investment and development deals on behalf of real estate funds, asset managers, developers and banks.
